File Structure

The template package you have downloaded consists of several folders. Let's see what each folder contains:

Screenshots - contains template screenshot. Not for production.

"political-candidate-pro_0.0.1 zip" -this folder contains all the necessary files for the theme.
"license.txt" -contains license details
"readme.txt" -contain information about theme images path, font use and usage script

Template Installation

Template installation is very easy process. The installation process can be done in two ways.

Install a theme using wordpress admin

First thing you need to do is to login to your WordPress admin area. Next, click on

Go to the menu Appearance >> Themes

1. Click on upload theme button.

4. WordPress will now install your theme and show you a success message along with the link to activate or live preview.

3. Click on Upload Button then select your political-candidate-pro.zip theme and click on install now button.

2. Once you are on the themes page, click on the Add New button at the top.

Congratulations your theme have been successfully installed

Demo Importer

Import demonstration content with one click to get your theme setup.This content will guide you through building your website for website creation

Before Run Importer you have to install all the required Plugins

1. Go to the Dashboard >>BWT Setup Wizard

Click on "Demo Content Importer" and then "Run Importer".

BWT Key Activation

The BWT Key Activation process can be done as follows.

As you will get the License Key on your Email, use that key to Activate License.

Follow the following Process to Activate License.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >>BWT Setup Wizard>>Enter Key>>Next

After Entering The Key >> Activate Licence.

After you Activate Licence,the key will be active and then you can Getstarted with the Theme.

In this way you can activate your Licence Key.

Install all plugins

How to set up Home Page

Setup "Home page".

Create Page to set template:Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New Page.

Label it "home" or anything as you wish. Then select template "home-page" from template dropdown.

Set the front page:Go to Setting -> Reading --> Set the post page display static page to home page

Once you have done with this you can see all the demo content on front page.

Setup "Top Bar"

In order to proceed with Top Bar,

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Top Bar

Here, enter section title, section sub title. For better understanding refer below screenshot.

Setting Options : Includes settings for Service display enable/disable option. With this setting, you can enable/disable this section. This is very important setting. If you want this section to appear on your website,
just let the option to be enabled and if you don't want this section to appear on your website, you can select
disable and this section will disappear from your website.

Next step in order to proceed with About Section is to edit the Customizer Setting for this

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>About Us Section

Setup Navigation

First of all create pages from go to Pages >> Add new page.
Go to Appearance >> Menu
Click on Create a new menu link
Give a name to your menu in Menu name and click save menu button
Once you have create menu. You need to add pages by selecting with checkboxes. After adding menu list you can arrange it by drag and drop.
Select menu theme location from the below checkboxes

Post, Categories and Post Formats

Log into your WordPress Administration Panel (Dashboard).
Click the Posts tab.
With that done, click Categories for blog posts.
Type in the name of your new category.
After that, click the Add New Category button.

Click the Publish button.

Creating a Blog post

Log into your WordPress Administration Panel (Dashboard).
Click the Posts tab.
Click the Add New tab.
Type in your post content.

Shortcodes

A shortcode is a powerful content building tool "http://codex.wordpress.org/
Shortcode" Shortcodes are easy to use. First of all, make sure that the editing mode is set to Visual.

Fetch All the Properties: --> [all_properties]
Fetch All the Properties By Categpory: --> [properties_by_cat cat_name="Add category slug"]
Fetch All the Agents: --> [agents]
Fetch All the Testimonials: -->[testimonials]

Additional Theme Addons

How to Setup Additional Theme Addons

First, you need to download the plugin from the source (which will be a zip file (bwt-title-banner-image.zip and bwt-gallery-images.zip)). Next, you need to go to WordPress admin area and visit Plugins » Add New page.

After that, click on the Upload Plugin button on top of the page.
This will bring you to the plugin upload page. Here you need to click on the choose file button and select the plugin file you downloaded earlier to your computer.

After you have selected the file, you need to click on the install now button.

WordPress will now upload the plugin file from your computer and install it for you. You will see a success message like this after installation is finished.
Once installed, you need to click on the Activate Plugin link to start using the plugin.
