File Structure

The template bundle you downloaded is divided into numerous directories. Let's have a look at what each folder contains:

Screenshots - contains template screenshot. Not for use in production.

"bwt-builder-and-developer-pro-1.0 zip" -This folder contains all of the files required for the theme.
"license.txt" -contains licence information
"readme.txt" -contain information on the theme's image path, font usage, and script usage

Template Installation

The installation of a template is a simple process. There are two methods for installing the software.

1-Install a theme using wordpress admin

The first step is to log into your WordPress admin area. Then, click on

1.Go to the menu Appearance >> Themes

2.Once you've arrived at the themes page, click the Add New button at the top.

3. Click on upload theme button.

4. Click on Browse Button then select your bwt-builder-and-developer-pro_1.0.zip theme and click on install now button.

Congratulations, your theme has been installed successfully.

BWT Key Activation

The BWT Key Activation procedure is as follows.

Because you will receive the License Key on your Email, use that key to Activate License.

Follow the following Process to Activate License.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >>BWT Setup Wizard>>Enter Key>>Next

After Entering The Key >> Activate Licence.

After you Activate Licence,the key will be active and then you can Getstarted with the Theme.

In this way you can activate your Licence Key.

Demo Importer

Import demonstration content with a single click to have your theme up and running.This article will walk you through the process of developing your website for website creation.

Install all essential components before running Importer. Plugins

1. Go to the Dashboard >>BWT Setup Wizard

Then, select "Demo Content Importer" and then "Run Importer."

How to set up Home Page

Setup "Home page".

Create Page to set template:Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New Page.

Label it "home" or whatever you like. Then, from the template menu, select "home-page."

Set the front page:Go to Setting -> Reading --> Set the post page display static page to home page

When you're finished, you'll be able to see all of the demo content on the top page.

Setup "Site Identity"

Setup Site Identity

This section will help you to arrange Site Identity.

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Site Identity

Setup "Slider"

Follow the below steps to setup the slider

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Slider Settings

Setting Options : contains options for the option to enable or disable service display. This section's enable/disable functionality is controlled by this setting. This environment is really significant. If you want this part to appear on your website, leave the option enabled; otherwise, click Disable to have it not appear on your website.

Setup "About Us" Section

The next step in proceeding with the About Us Section is to alter the Customizer Setting for this.

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>About Us Section

Setup "Counter" Section

To proceed with the Counter Section,

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> Counter Section

Setup "Service" Section

Follow the below steps to setup the Service Section

Service section will appear in dashboard after installing and activating the BWT Builder And Developer Pro Posttype plugin.After activating the plugin you have to follow the below steps

Enter the Class title, the Contents, the Category, and the Featured Image after clicking Add New in the Gallery section of the dashboard to create a post.For more details, see the picture below. Create the category as seen in the animated clip that follows.

Go to Dashboard >>Service >> Edit

After adding the class do the following steps

Enter section title, section sub title and select the. For better understanding refer below screenshot.

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Service

Setting Options : Includes settings for Service display enable/disable option. With this setting, you can enable/disable this section. This is very important setting. If you want this section to appear on your website,
just let the option to be enabled and if you don't want this section to appear on your website, you can select
disable and this section will disappear from your website.

Setup "Property" Section

In order to setup this section first you have to install "te-gallery-images"plugin..

After installation Property option will appear on the dashboard.

Go to Dashboard >> Property >> Edit

To set up the Property Section, take the procedures listed below.

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Property

Enter the section title and the section subtitle here. Refer to the screenshot below for a better understanding.

Setup "Project" Section

After installation Property option will appear on the dashboard.

Go to Dashboard >> Property >> Edit

To set up the Project Section, follow the steps below.

Setup "How To Work" Section

Set up the How To Work Section by following the steps below.

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> How To Work Section

Enable/Disable option: To reveal this section settings, you may enable or disable this section by choosing the enable/disable option here. This environment is crucial. If you want this section to display on your website, leave the option enabled. If you don't want this section to appear on your website, pick the disable option, and this section will no longer be visible on your website.

Setup "Why Choose Us" Section

Set up the Best Events Performers Section by following the steps below.

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Why Choose Us

Setup "Our Testimonial" Section

Follow the below steps to setup Our Testimonial Section

After option will appear on the dashboard.

Go to Dashboard >> Testimonial >> Edit

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Our Testimonial

Go to Dashboard >> Contact >> Edit

Go to Customizer >> Theme Setting >> Get In Touch Setting

Setup "Our Team" Section

Go to Dashboard >> Team >> Edit

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Our Our Team Section

Enable/Disable option:Here, you may choose the enable/disable option to display this part's settings and enable/disable this section. This environment is crucial. If you want this section to display on your website, leave the option enabled. If you don't want this section to appear on your website, pick the disable option, and this section will no longer be visible on your website.

Setup "Our Blog" Section

Go to Dashboard >> Post >> Add New

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Our Our Blog Section

Setup "Footer" Section

To proceed with the Footer,

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Footer Section

Enable/Disable option: You can decide whether to show this section by using the enable/disable option here. You can activate or deactivate this part using this setting. This environment is crucial. If you want this section to display on your website, leave the option enabled. If you don't want this section to appear on your website, pick the disable option, and this section will no longer be visible on your website.

Go to widgets in the Appearance section and choose the four footers columns for tags, gallery, contacts, and logo picture when establishing this section.

The widgets area is explained in the image below.

To build up a footer section, follow these directions.

Footer Heading Color: You can change the colour of the footer header in this section.
Footer Heading Fonts: You can change the font of the footer heading in this section.
Footer Content Color: You can change the colour of the text in the footer contents here.
Footer Content Fonts: You can change the font used for the footer contents here.
Footer Border Color: You can customise the colour of the footer's border here.
Setting Options:Included are settings for the Service display enable / disable option.
Background Color: You can change the background colour of the footer in this section.
Background Image: You may change the footer's background image here.

Setup "Footer Text" Section

To proceed with the Footer Text section,

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Themes Settings>> Footer Text.

Setup Navigation

First of all create pages from go to Pages >> Add new page.
Go to Appearance >> Menu
to create a new menu link, click.
Give your menu a name in Menu name, then click the Save Menu button.
after creating a menu. Pages must be added by checking the appropriate boxes. You can drag and drop the menu list into the desired order after adding it.
Choose the position of the menu theme from the checkboxes below.

Page Templates and sidebars

Page Templates

Default Template (the basic page template with a right sidebar position )
Page (Left Sidebar) (a page template with a left sidebar )
Page (Right Sidebar) (a page template with right sidebar position)
Blog (Full Width) (a blog templates with one column without sidebar)
Contact Template (the default Contact template with no sidebar position)
Home Page Template (the default home page template with right sidebar position)

Post, Categories and Post Formats

Log into your WordPress Administration Panel (Dashboard).
Click the Posts tab.
With that done, click Categories for blog posts.
Your new category's name should be typed in.
After that, click the Add New Category button.

Click the Publish button.

Access your WordPress Administration Panel by logging in. (Dashboard).
Click the Posts tab.
Click the Add New tab.
Type in your post content.

Shortcodes

A shortcode is a powerful content building tool "http://codex.wordpress.org/
Shortcode" Shortcodes are easy to use. First of all, make sure that the editing mode is set to Visual.

Fetch All the Properties: --> [all_properties]
Fetch All the Properties By Categpory: --> [properties_by_cat cat_name="Add category slug"]
Fetch All the Agents: --> [agents]
Fetch All the Testimonials: -->[testimonials]

Additional Theme Addons

How to Setup Additional Theme Addons

The plugin must first be downloaded from the source (which will be a zip file named bwt-title-banner-image.zip and bwt-gallery-images.zip). Then, click the Plugins » Add New page in the WordPress admin area.

Then, select the Upload Plugin button located at the top of the page.
You'll arrive at the plugin upload page after doing this. The plugin file that you downloaded earlier to your computer must be selected by clicking the Select file button in this section.

After choosing the file, you must select the install now option.

The plugin file from your computer will now be uploaded to WordPress, where it will be installed. After the installation is complete, you will get a success message similar to this.
When the plugin has been installed, you must click the Activate Plugin link in order to use it.
