These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline your legal rights and responsibilities regarding access to and use of our website at www.generalcontractingservices.com (the “Site”) and any related mobile or web applications (“General Contracting Platform”). These include current and future services such as project dashboards, communications, and document sharing (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms apply to all current and future General Contracting clients, including but not limited to users accessing the system to track, manage, or interact with ongoing or completed projects.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using the General Contracting Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms or cannot be bound by them, please do not use our services. Your usage implies acceptance and is at your own risk, including the risk of encountering potentially sensitive or technical information.

To use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You can accept the Terms by:

• Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms wherever this option is presented in the interface; or
• Using the Services, which will be treated as your agreement to these Terms.

II. Definitions

Client

“Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our Services for construction-related work, including inquiries, contracts, communication, and project management. This also includes any authorized representatives or stakeholders accessing the Services on your behalf.

Content

“Content” refers to documents, blueprints, communications, photos, videos, or any data shared on the Platform. “Your Content” means content you upload, submit, or transmit during your engagement. “Company Content” includes all templates, code, visuals, documentation, and proprietary tools created and provided by us. “Third-Party Content” refers to data or materials provided by subcontractors, suppliers, or partners involved in the project.

Project Partner(s)

“Project Partners” refers to subcontractors, vendors, consultants, or service providers listed and working with or through the General Contracting Platform to deliver construction services.

III. Eligibility to Use the Services

• You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, safety regulations, and ethical guidelines when using the Services.

IV. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of those revised Terms.

V. Translation of the Terms

If these Terms are translated into any language other than English, the English version will prevail in case of conflict or inconsistency between the versions.
